1. All mystery bags are sold as seen – contents are a surprise and cannot be chosen or swapped.

2. Every bag is hand-packed with care; and is a mystery until opened on the videos.

3. Colour-changing beads are sold by 10 Beads a scoop. 

4. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days (UK only).

​1. We do not accept returns or refunds for opened mystery bags, as these are open for your entertainment and are a lucky selection.

2. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos – we will try to fix this for you!

3. Beads need UV light to work, please be aware they might not change colour all the time.
